SEA: I recently returned from the sea {crap, still need to post photos} and its amazing what the salt water will do for your mind, body and soul.
TEARS: I cried last night {no idea why} but I guess I just had to "get it out" and I feel pretty good today.
SWEAT: I just signed up for an unlimited package at Bikram Yoga Chicago. I'm planning to sweat it "all" out including all that darned access weight (10lbs?? too much??). How many classes do you think I can make it to in one month?

This is my favorite time of year! Gosh I love it. Not only because its summer, but because it's festival season! If you don't live in Chicago in the summer, you are missing out.
You have at least 3 street festivals to choose from every weekend.
